You will translate business requirements into sustainable solutions by designing and implementing REST APIs and frontend interfaces. The position involves working across multiple parallel projects, integrating existing systems, and reducing single points of failure through documentation and knowledge sharing.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement REST APIs using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server, focusing on modeling, indexes, and performant queries for high volumes.
- Develop reusable domain libraries while maintaining low coupling between modules.
- Create interfaces and components in React and Next.js based on an internal design system, optimizing performance for large payloads.
- Integrate APIs from existing systems.
- Write automated tests using xUnit and Playwright, and contribute to performance benchmarks.
- Manage the release flow across dev, staging, and master branches, utilizing CI/CD pipelines with SonarQube for static analysis.
- Participate in code reviews, technical refinement, and collaborate with analysts, UX/UI designers, and business representatives.
What We’re Looking For
Must have:
- Solid experience with C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core Web API), and Entity Framework Core on SQL Server.
- Frontend development background using TypeScript, React, and Next.js, including hooks, state management, and reusable components.
- Experience designing REST APIs, managing JWT authentication, and handling roles and permissions.
- Familiarity with OpenAPI / Swagger and automatic client generation using NSwag.
- Practice with multi-level testing: unit, integration, and end-to-end.
- Experience with Git and collaborative flows, including branching and pull requests.
- Autonomy, strong analytical capacity, and clear communication skills in Italian.
Soft skills:
- Result-oriented approach with the ability to meet objectives while balancing multiple parallel projects.

- Propensity to document and share knowledge.
Nice to have:
- Experience with monorepos (like Nx) and maintaining module boundaries.

- Experience with i18n in Next.js applications using next-intl.
- Practice with Radix UI, Tailwind CSS, and shared design systems.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing multiple environments (dev, UAT, production).
- Experience with ABP Framework, ASP.NET Boilerplate, modular architectures, DDD, or multi-tenancy.
- Daily use of AI tools for development support (code assistants, test generation, documentation) or agentic software development.
